Ukrainian-made FP-5 Flamingo missiles struck the Titan-Barrikady defense plant in Russia’s Volgograd overnight, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Saturday, with the regional governor confirming a strike on the city and 10 people injured.
Zelenskyy said the missiles “successfully struck” the facility, with the hits followed by a fire on the plant’s grounds. He described Titan-Barrikady as a major complex producing artillery systems and components for missile launchers used against Ukraine.

Volgograd Gov. Andrey Bocharov confirmed that “high-speed aerial targets” hit production facilities in the Krasnooktyabrsky district, where the plant is located. He said 10 people were injured, fires were extinguished and no homes were damaged. Bocharov did not name the enterprise.
Russia’s Defense Ministry said it downed 175 Ukrainian drones over 10 regions and Crimea but did not mention a missile strike.
The plant produces launchers for the Iskander-M, Yars and Topol-M systems, according to Ukraine’s General Staff. The extent of the damage is still being assessed.
