Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Anderson are expected to marry over Memorial Day weekend in a private ceremony in the Bahamas, according to Page Six.
The outlet reported that the couple plans to exchange vows before a small group of family and friends on a private island.
The reported wedding plan is a quieter turn for the couple. Page Six previously reported that Trump Jr. and Anderson had considered a White House wedding before weighing a smaller approach because of the war in Iran and concerns about public reaction to a lavish ceremony while people were dying.
The couple is now expected to have a smaller ceremony rather than delay the wedding, the report said.
Anderson hosted an Enchanted Garden bridal shower at Mar-a-Lago in April. According to Page Six, Ivanka Trump, Lara Trump, Tiffany Trump and Marla Maples attended. Kai Trump, Trump Jr.’s daughter with his ex-wife Vanessa Trump, also showed up, per a person cited by the outlet.
The shower was hosted by Palm Beach socialites Yaz Hernandez, Amy Phelan and Audrey Gruss. Other guests included Daphne Oz, Dina Powell McCormick, Dee Ocleppo Hilfiger, Andrea Wynn and Amy Baier, the wife of Fox News host Bret Baier, Page Six reported.
Trump Jr. also gave a toast at the shower, according to the outlet.
“I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with Bettina,” he said, according to one guest quoted by Page Six. “She is smart, loving and caring.”
Page Six reported in December that Trump Jr., 48, and Anderson, 39, were engaged. The outlet said Trump Jr. proposed at Camp David on Dec. 13 while the couple was celebrating Anderson’s birthday.
Page Six reported that Anderson and Trump Jr. began dating in 2024, around the time his engagement to former Fox News host Kimberly Guilfoyle ended. The outlet also reported that Guilfoyle was named ambassador to Greece the same day Anderson’s and Trump Jr.’s relationship became public.
Trump Jr. was previously married to Vanessa Trump from 2005 to 2018. They share five children.
