While no fatalities beyond the suspect have been reported, the explosive caused structural damage and panic across nearby facilities. The targeted site, a fertility clinic, was closed at the time of the explosion, minimizing the human toll.

Law enforcement officials also confirmed that the suspect died on-site and that investigations are continuing into his motives. Preliminary leads suggest anti-natalist and nihilistic beliefs may have contributed to the attack.
