Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla, has posted a fresh statement on X on Sunday in response to online accusations linking him to the Jeffrey Epstein case. In his statement, he claimed that he had “never” attended Epstein’s parties, ridden on the “Lolita Express,” and visited the island.
In his message, he stated that he had “pushed harder than anyone” for the full records on Epstein to be released, as well as for those who had abused children to be prosecuted. He expects people to deny the accusations, make no admission, and then counter-accuse, which he believes is a common reaction for those involved with the Epstein.
Musk believes that “legacy media” and “far left propagandists” are trying to hurt him with Epstein. He also suggested that people who have actually done wrong would rather shift attention onto someone else than answer for their own actions.
He said the accusations pained him, but he was willing to pay the price of the response to advocate for accountability and the safety of children.
This message is consistent with his previous position on the Epstein scandal, which he believes should be made transparent. He also claimed he was “glad” the records were released, adding he had “pushed harder than anyone” for their release.
