Israeli Airstrikes Target Over 40 Iranian Missile Facilities, Centrifuge Sites in Tehran

IDF targets missile launchers and nuclear facilities in largest Tehran strike this year.

    Highlights:
    • Approx. 25 Israeli fighter jets struck 40+ missile-related sites directed at Israel.
    • Targeted infrastructure includes missile storage sites and operatives of the Iranian regime.
    • A loaded and launch-ready “Emad” missile launcher was destroyed.
    • IDF struck a centrifuge production site and missile manufacturing plants in Tehran.
    • IDF spokesperson says Iran has shifted missile operations to Isfahan, targeting Israeli civilians.

In a major escalation, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed that approximately 25 fighter jets carried out coordinated strikes on over 40 Iranian missile infrastructure components directed at Israel early Tuesday. The operations targeted missile storage sites and personnel linked to the Iranian regime.

A key objective of the strike was the destruction of an “Emad” missile launcher — reportedly loaded and ready to launch — neutralized in a precision attack overnight.

    Military Shift to Isfahan

IDF Spokesperson Brigadier General Effie Defrin addressed the press, stating that Israeli strikes have “delivered significant blows” to the Iranian regime, forcing it to retreat deeper into Iranian territory. The military believes Iran is now shifting its missile operations to the central region of Isfahan, continuing to target Israeli civilians.

“We have delivered significant blows to the Iranian regime, and as such, they have been pushed back into central Iran. They are now focusing their efforts on conducting missile fire from the area of Isfahan. We are aiming at military targets, they are attacking civilian homes.” – IDF Spokesperson BG Effie Defrin

Strikes on Nuclear Weapon Infrastructure in Tehran

The IDF confirmed additional coordinated airstrikes in the Tehran region, targeting Iran’s advanced weapons and nuclear development infrastructure. Over 50 Israeli Air Force jets struck several strategic targets, including:

    • A centrifuge production site capable of enriching uranium beyond civilian levels.
    • Factories involved in producing surface-to-surface missile components used in attacks on Israel.
    • Facilities manufacturing surface-to-air missile parts intended to disrupt Israeli aerial operations.

Israeli military officials stated that these precise attacks “directly degrade Iran’s ability to threaten Israel and the broader Middle East region.”
