House Democrats Publish Third Epstein Records; Elon Musk Mentioned

Third batch of Epstein estate documents includes references to high-profile figures; staff review is ongoing.

House Oversight Committee Democrats on Friday released a third tranche of records from the Jeffrey Epstein estate, including phone message logs, flight manifests, financial ledgers and daily schedules stretching across decades. The materials, produced under subpoena, were posted with redactions to protect victims’ identities, the lawmakers said.

The committee’s minority said the new files include references indicating possible contacts between Epstein and several high-profile figures, including Elon Musk, Peter Thiel, Steve Bannon and Prince Andrew. The Democrats emphasized that staff are still reviewing the documents and that the presence of a name or reference does not, by itself, establish wrongdoing.

According to the release, entries in Epstein’s daily schedules point to planned meetings with Thiel and Bannon and note a “pending trip” by Musk to Epstein’s private island. Separate records list Prince Andrew as a passenger on Epstein-linked aircraft, and financial disclosures appear to show payments to masseuses on behalf of an individual identified as “Andrew,” the Democrats said.

In a statement accompanying the publication, Oversight Democrats spokesperson Sara Guerrero said each new document adds detail to the committee’s inquiry and urged the Justice Department to make related files public. “It’s past time for Attorney General Bondi to release all the files now,” Guerrero said.

The third batch totals 8,544 responsive records, the committee said. The production includes: phone message logs from 2002–2005; copies of flight logs and manifests for aircraft Epstein owned, leased or used from 1990–2019; ledgers reflecting cash transactions tied to Epstein and his business entities; and daily schedules from 2010–2019.

A separate PDF posted by the Democrats shows calendar excerpts, ledger pages and other artifacts consistent with those categories, though significant portions are redacted. The committee said further analysis is ongoing and additional materials are expected in a rolling production.

Friday’s release follows a series of steps by committee Democrats this month to press for documents and testimony related to Epstein, whose 2019 death in federal custody ended a criminal case but left numerous civil and investigative matters unresolved.
