U.S. Southern Command lethal kinetic strike operations in the Caribbean left three male “narco-terrorists” dead on Feb. 23, 2026, according to a press release from U.S. Southern Command. The command said no U.S. military forces were harmed.
The command said Joint Task Force Southern Spear conducted the “lethal kinetic strike” at the direction of SOUTHCOM commander Gen. Francis L. Donovan. The release said the vessel was operated by Designated Terrorist Organizations.
The release said intelligence confirmed the vessel was transiting along known narco-trafficking routes in the Caribbean and was engaged in narco-trafficking operations.
