Russia may soon unveil new weapons now moving through development and trials, President Vladimir Putin said at a news conference following his visit to Tajikistan, according to TASS.
President Vladimir Putin remarked at a news conference after his trip to Tajikistan that Russia may soon show off new weapons that are currently being developed and tested.
“I think we will soon be able to talk about the new weapons we talked about earlier.” In our country, these systems are still being developed and tested. Putin added, “The tests are advancing well.” He also said that Russia already has advanced weapons in its intercontinental, naval, and air forces.
“The modernity of our nuclear deterrence forces is greater than that of any other nuclear-armed country. “We are working hard to finish all of these systems, as well as everything else I talked about in previous years,” he stated.
Putin did not say which systems they were or when they may be officially revealed.
