WSJ: The Pentagon quietly stops Ukraine’s long-range ATACMS strikes inside Russia.

The Wall Street Journal, which cited U.S. officials, says that the Pentagon has been quietly stopping Ukraine from using U.S.-made long-range Army Tactical Missile Systems (ATACMS) to hit targets inside Russia.
