President Donald Trump has announced on his Truth Social platform that he is revoking Joe Biden’s security clearances and halting his daily intelligence briefings. Trump referenced a precedent set in 2021 when Biden instructed the Intelligence Community to prevent Trump from accessing national security details, a courtesy typically extended to former Presidents.
Trump also cited the Hur Report, which he claims reveals Biden’s “poor memory” and inability to be trusted with sensitive information. Trump emphasized his commitment to protecting national security and concluded his statement with a call to “ JOY, YOU‘RE FIRED. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”
